Our Mission
Lakeview Baptist Church is called to proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ, to maintain the worship of God, and to inspire in all persons a love for God, a passion for righteousness, and a consciousness of their duties to God and their fellow human beings. We pledge to be the hands of Christ by helping our fellow human beings in any way possible and to be the feet of Christ by taking the Gospel of Salvation to both our local community and the global world.
Our History
Founded in 1930, Lakeview Baptist Church aimed to faithfully witness the gospel of Jesus Christ. Today, we uphold that mission by loving our neighbor, finding opportunities to serve those in need, and providing a space for healthy community fellowship.
We are affiliated with the Baptist General Convention of Texas (BGCT) as well as the Waco Regional Baptist Association (WRBA).
